Yes! Booking is quick and simple. Just pick your package, complete your payment, and you're done. We'll confirm your date and send next steps within minutes.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks before your event. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability — reach out and we'll let you know!

Simply drop the camcorder in the same box it arrived in — the prepaid return label is already inside. It takes about 2 minutes. We recommend dropping it off the next business day after your event.

Your edited highlight film will be delivered in 2-3 weeks after we receive the camcorder back. The Deluxe package includes priority editing for faster delivery.

Yes! We ship our camcorders anywhere in the US. International shipping may be available — just ask! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Per our rental agreement, your booking fee is non-refundable. The amount you pay locks in your date as a retainer — it's compensation for the work we do immediately to hold it for you.

You can cancel anytime by emailing passthecamcorder@gmail.com. If your date gets filled by another couple at full price, we may offer a courtesy credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

Yes! Both the HD Sony camcorder and Sony 4K camcorder are incredibly user-friendly. We include a quick-start guide, and your guests will figure it out in seconds. Plus, the Deluxe package includes a professional shot list guide.

Depends on the package you choose — typically up to 8 hours with the 4K camcorders (Core & Deluxe), and about 6 hours with the Starter's HD camcorder. Plenty of recording time for your entire event.

In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or theft, you'll be responsible for the replacement amount outlined in your rental agreement. We're transparent about this upfront — no hidden fees or surprises.

The HD camcorder (Starter) gives footage a warm, grainy, classic home-video feel. The Sony 4K camcorders (Core and Deluxe) capture crisp, ultra high-definition footage that looks stunning on any screen. Both are simple to use and arrive ready to film.
