We include comprehensive damage protection with every rental. Minor wear and tear is completely covered. For any significant damage, we have a simple claims process — just reach out and we'll sort it out. Most customers never have any issues!

How long until I get my video?

Once we receive your camcorder back, our editors typically deliver your finished film within 2-3 weeks. Need it faster? Our Deluxe package includes priority editing for quicker turnaround — delivered in just 1 week.

Do I need any filming experience?

Absolutely not! The camcorder is designed to be point-and-shoot simple. We also include a shot list guide and QR code tutorial to help your guests capture the best moments. Your film comes out professional because our editors know how to work with any footage.

What if the camcorder doesn't arrive in time?

We ship your camcorder 4-5 days before your event to ensure it arrives with plenty of time. If there are any shipping delays, we'll work with you to find a solution — including expedited shipping at no extra cost if available.

Can I keep the raw footage?

Yes! Your raw footage is yours to keep. We send you the memory card with your finished film, so you have all the original clips to revisit or edit yourself if you'd like.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event to ensure availability, though last-minute bookings are sometimes possible. Popular dates like spring and summer weddings and holidays book up fast — the sooner, the better!

What is the difference between the HD and 4K camcorder?

Our Starter package includes an HD camcorder which gives your footage a warm, grainy, retro feel — like a real home video from the people who love you most. Our Core and Deluxe packages include a Sony 4K camcorder which films in ultra high definition, giving you crisp cinematic quality that looks stunning on any screen.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship our camcorders anywhere in the US from our Atlanta headquarters. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping may be available — just ask!

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes! We offer free cancellation and rescheduling up to 14 days before your event. After that, a small fee applies. Life happens, and we understand — just reach out as soon as possible.

How do I return the camcorder after the wedding?

Simply drop the camcorder in the same box it arrived in — the prepaid return label is already inside. It takes about 2 minutes. We recommend dropping it off the next business day after your event at any USPS location.
